Plans for 2018

Our plans for 2018. In 2018 we want to up the ante by teaching additional skills but to do this we need YOUR help.

We need your knowledge, time or donations to enable our small business owners to make more, do more and empower more.

Dignity Dreams has four goals. Enabling girls in school, empowering small business, Menstrual Health Education and Sustainability. By up-skilling those who manufacture for us we empower small business and ensure sustainability.

We asked the manufacturing team what additional skills they would like to learn during their tenure at the incubator and this is what they said:

• Computer Literacy
• How to cut a garment pattern.
• How to measure for making garments.
• Basic accounting practices
• How to repair sewing machines

We are constantly approached by you the volunteer how you can participate and help the Dignity Dreams Team. Well here is the perfect opportunity.

Have you met the team you will be helping? Read our article Meet the Team for more information on the marvelous individuals than cut, sew and pack all our Dignity Dreams Packs. Each pack contains 6 pads – 3 day and 3 night. The standard pack also contains, panties, a ziplock bag, care instructions and a draw string bag for storage.
